Overview
At PortalHQ, I partnered with the team to bring early product concepts to life through rapid prototyping and design exploration. My contributions spanned across product, marketing, and brand presence: helping the company validate ideas for wallet services, shaping product illustrations, supporting marketing campaigns, and fully maintaining and evolving their website.
The Problem
PortalHQ needed a way to communicate and test their vision for wallet services with both users and potential partners. As an early-stage startup, they required prototypes to validate concepts quickly, clear marketing to grow awareness, and a functional website to establish credibility.
The Solution
I designed and prototyped wallet service concepts to help the team explore and test product directions. Alongside this, I supported their go-to-market efforts with cohesive product illustrations, visual storytelling, and hands-on marketing design. To complete the foundation, I fully maintained and iterated on their website, ensuring it reflected the company’s evolving identity and product vision.
